We’re looking for a Brand Growth Manager to be the newest member of a team that is transforming the restaurant industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO In this position, you’ll be given the opportunity to shape our marketing playbook and join us as we create the next-generation’s version of Domino’s, McDonalds, Chipotle, etc.

Develop marketing strategies to drive top line growth and customer awareness to our brands Manage paid and earned media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and 3rd party delivery partners (eg, UberEats, DoorDash) Continuously run marketing experiments to optimize our creative, landing pages, offers, and top to bottom customer funnels Track and optimize our brand listings on third party delivery marketplaces to yield maximum impressions Track and analyze the vast customer feedback and performance data available at Salted and use this data to inform our marketing roadmap Collaborate cross-functionally with our Operations and Marketing teams to ensure our brands are reaching goals Identify additional, outside-the-box opportunities to accelerate customer awareness Work with our CEO on ad hoc business development projects Various account management and reporting responsibilities WHO YOU ARE Analytical thinker with a love for problem solving Fluency with data
