Compensation: $75000.00 to $85000.00 yearly
An industry leading company in e-Discovery is looking for a Billing Manager to join, lead and assemble their billing department, for high volume, fast paced and dynamic working environment. This Billing Manager has the opportunity to build out a department from processes and procedures to staff training and management.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- All daily AR invoicing
- Legal billing industry is highly preferred
- Project Management experience is highly preferred
- Accounting department incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- All Accounting filing and record keeping Customer Contact information maintenance in ERP system
- Charges and maintains customers credit card information
- Applies customer payments to their invoices
- New customer set up and credit checks
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of processing invoices
- QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
- Legal Billing experience is highly preferred
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workflow
- detail oriented
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel proficient a must
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to identify and resolve problems and working with other departments staff and all levels of management
- Must be a team player, prompt, consistent, dependable, with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude
