SUMMARY The ideal candidate will work on interacting with clients via phone, email and walk-ins, educating existing clients in regards to the settlement process, and prepare documents and exhibits for motions, that are critical to the resolution of the settlement case. Our Firm practices consumer protection law in the automobile, personal injury and pharmaceutical industries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ” Communicate with clients via phone, email, and walk-ins. ” Educate current clients regarding the settlement process. ” Communicate with opposing counsel and submit financial documents on behalf of our clients. ” Coordinate tows and the surrender of vehicles with opposing counsel/vendors. ” Utilize CRM system to input information and track tasks to keep entire team up to date. ” Prepare documents and exhibits for motions to enforce settlement and motions for sanctions. ” Reach out to contract attorneys, be it for bankruptcy or ethics. ” Calculate buy back offers. ” Must adhere to various firm deadlines. ” Must utilize general office equipment – scanning, faxing, copying, navigating servers, uploading to document management system. QUALITIES/SKILLS:. ” Minimum Bachelor’s Degree OR ” 2-3 years of previous Client Facing experience OR ” Equivalent combination of education and experience. ” Must possess excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written. ” Bi-lingual (Spanish) is required ” Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as great attention to detail. ” Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and become proficient in Firm Client AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
