The position provides direct coordination with the patient’s medical record and clinician to assure an expedient, cost effective application of services and benefits.QualificationsBA in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work, MSW or equivalent training and experience preferred.

Licensure in Human Services and or Certificate of Training in Benefit Management preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to organize, manage and review appropriate treatment.

Familiarity with insurance benefits and national levels of criteria of care.

Must have strong organizational and computer skills.

Ability to manage a database, enter, extract and analyze data.Previous Benefit management experienceKnowledge and understanding of Substance Abuse Treatment preferred.All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) and background records check.
