Exciting new project coming to Silverlake in the early Fall is looking for someone who can take our broad strokes vision for the bar program and bring it to life. The concept is Spanish and will lean heavily in to Gin, Vermouth, Sherry etc. Candidates must find those categories exciting!
In addition to menu development, we will need you to be able to cost out recipes, put together a detailed recipe book and training manual, create opening inventories/orders, teach and develop staff, and be a dynamic presence behind the bar during service. This position will be a negoitaited hourly rate plus tips. we are aiming for a late fall opening but will need this position on site approximately 4 weeks in advance for part time hours putting the program together.
