The MSP Account Manager will work to maintain and further develop established relationships with healthcare facilities under Aya’s MSP.
He or she will work to strengthen existing client relationships, exceeding sales goals and offering exceptional client service by bringing in new job orders and ensuring they are filled.

Responsibilities: Foster and maintain valuable relationships with current MSP clients Contact healthcare facilities via phone, email and in person to bring in new job orders Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency Negotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial terms Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted) Experience in healthcare staffing account management Proven success in a metrics driven environment Client centered mentality and passion for customer service Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative to satisfy them Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency Self-motivated and achieve goals Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clients Outside the box thinkers Career oriented with a desire for advancement What We Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Celebrations!
