Automotive Office Manager

We are currently seeking an Office Manager with high energy and who is a team player to join our growing, fast paced dealership.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of automotive and office management experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment and able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

This position is responsible for exercising sound judgment regarding the dealership’s overall financial and office workflow.

The Office Manager is the key dealership employee for managing the accounting tasks and related policies and procedures at the dealership.

The Office Manager is responsible for reviewing paperwork and ensures compliance with other financial activities and projects including payroll, floor plan payoffs, and schedule reconciliation.

Responsibilities Oversees vendor management and outsourcings Maintains an orderly accounting system Oversees accounts payable/receivable Completes periodic bank reconciliations Complies with local/state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings Maintains effective cash management system Qualifications Experienced in Automotive Accounting Excellent communications skills, verbal and written Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional Problem solver We offer a rich benefit program including paid holiday and vacation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, 401k, on site gym, Delta Dental of RI, EVT Vision plan.
