Our two-year associates program offers a structured program including training, mentoring from experienced team members, and boundless opportunities to help UiPath’s customers successfully utilize the product platform.

The program will emphasize teamwork and will provide a combination of structure with clear expectations and the freedom to create great things.n nOur Technical Account Manager team executes upon a wide variety of customer technical enablement efforts, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath.

The Technical Account Managers are entrusted with some of UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels.n nThe two year Technical Account Manager Associates Program is geared towards preparing new graduates to become Technical Account Managers at UiPath.n n This is what you will do at UiPath: n nEngage completely in the Associates Program: training and mentee opportunities, the UiPath software platform, and the goal of becoming a full Technical Account Manager at UiPathn nSuccessfully complete phases of the Associates Program including: training in RPA and associated technologies and client facing work, working to help customers behind the scenes, working with customers with mentors present, all the way to working to help customers independentlyn nBe a great teammate with a willingness to help othersn nThe Associate Technical Account Manager work towards the goal of becoming an extended part of client’s technical team ensuring automation solutions are running effectivelyn nWork towards assisting customers in resolving their technical challenges including provision of infrastructure installation, upgrade planning and oversightn nLearn to act as a technical advisor to customers while performing code reviews, infrastructure scaling guidance and holding preventive care sessionsn nWork towards assisting in technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processesn nHelp existing TAMs to address all product-related queries from their customers on timen nLearn to hold educational and informational training sessions to enable our clients to use UiPath products effectivelyn nWork towards providing developers with customers’ feedback and contribute to identification and creation of new features or productsn nAssist in performing initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requestsn nShadow existing TAMs to deliver periodic reviews with customers (e.g.

Health checks)n nWork with the team to proactively analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirementsn nStart to collaborate cross departmentally within UiPath to establish and communicate best practicesn n This is what you will bring to UiPath: n nA degree in Computer Science or relevant degree (or degree pending)n nExperience in programming in school (C, C++, C#, Python, Java and/or Powershell for example)n nFluency in written and spoken English is mandatoryn nExtracurricular activities, internships, and work experience during schooling is a bonusn nPrevious experience working with UiPath (with its free Community Edition and Academy training), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is a bonusn nSaaS and Cloud experience a bonusn nFamiliarity with software and front-end developmentn nExcellent verbal and written communication skillsn nStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsn nSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.n nDiplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.n nWillingness to travel approximately 50%n nLife at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
