We are looking for experienced Product Managers in our Los Angeles Arts District headquarters to help shape and scale a growing portfolio of products. 
Job Description:
We are looking  for an Associate Product Manager   to support our    Global Expansion    team within   the larger    Product Growth team   at Honey. Our ideal candidate  will demonstrate an  interest in tackling difficult  problems, the ability  to break them down to their root  causes, and the  initiative to collaborate with others to solve them. This candidate should be  customer-obsessed while  also being able to weigh partner and business objectives. You will work closely with a   Lead   Product Manager leading team  s   of engineers, product designers, and analysts to   implement new languages across Honey’s platforms  , create a plan for continuous optimization   of existing languages  , and create   as well as measure   impact throughout the   Honey experience globally  .  
 
In addition, we expect  all Associate Product  Managers at Honey to:  
  Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions    Understand the “why” behind everything we do and instill that understanding across the teams you work with    Serve as a communication hub and collaborate with other teams and  stakeholders to ensure  alignment across the ecosystem of Honey products      Have a deep awareness, respect, and empathy for what we ask of our users and the value we provide them in return    Break down features into detailed and logical  pieces and convert  to  engineering-ready requirements     
 We’re looking for candidates with  
  Passion for Honey, our users, and scaling our unique experience globally   0-2 years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing products   globally, or 3+ years experience in a strategy, analytics, and/or business operations role responsible for global expansion     Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate findings from   complex dat  a   with an interest in using data  science in practical  applications    Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire   technical and non-technical teams  , a knack for simplifying complexity, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing    A natural, deep curiosity that drives you to learn, investigate, and constantly ask why    The ability to think out of the box when it comes to generating ideas, but an understanding that execution is what ultimately matters    Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for moving quickly and iterating rapidly      Fluency in two or more languages   is a plus
