Associate Media Director

nnThe Associate Director, Integrated Communications is the central contact for the assigned brands.

In this role, you will formulate strategy as well as the execution framework based on insights.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities: nn Apply insights around client’s business/brand, the consumer journey, and the marketplace to create meaningful strategy Manage performance of all media channels and regularly consult data and performance metrics to strategically shape performance story Inspire creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm among team members Own the development of presentations, including written and visual elements Deep collaboration with strategy, analytics, and channel investment teams Charismatic presentation of work to internal and external constituents Foster solid relationships with all constituents, especially client-side Act as primary point of contact with clients Master, teach and apply various media research tools to address media and business challenges Active leadership in meetings/brainstorm sessions Seek out new opportunities, meet with media representatives and develop points of view Participate in professional development courses Provide professional development opportunities for all direct reports Lead and engage in agency-wide professional training program(s) nn n nn nn Requirements: nn At least 7 years of media planning experience Strong leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Strong relationship building skills Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines Strong understanding of analytics, dashboards, digital media, data storytelling, and overall performance media Strong preference for Alcohol category experience nn n nn nn WE ARE NOT SIMPLY A MEDIA AGENCY.
