The Associate Manager will support the Franchise Manager with international and domestic campaign creative reviews (New International Markets, Live Markets, Global Third-Party Partners), ensuring all assets meet franchise stewardship guidelines and continue to uphold brand standards.They will serve as a connection point between teams and the studios that manage the IP. They will work collaboratively with the Marketing, PR, Legal, Corporate Brand Management, Enterprise Franchise Management, and the Franchise and Brand teams.The Associate Manager will be responsible for tracking franchise campaign requests and approvals and are responsible for understanding the brand and content priorities to provide guidance to internal and external teams.Responsibilities:* Reviewing International and Domestic Creative Marketing Materials to ensure they meet and align with Franchise Stewardship Strategies 50%* Providing Franchise guidance for on-service Programming and Creative 25%* Support Franchise Manager with all third-party partnership creative review and campaign development 25%Basic Qualifications:* Solution-oriented.* Expert, engaging presentation skills (verbal and written)* Excellent communication skills and confident presence* Strategic thinker* Ability to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels across an organization* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast-paced environment* Comfortable working through a matrix structure to deliver the end solution* 5-7 years experience in marketing or brand management roles with global mindset, working in a world-class organization* Strong Presentation experience to senior executives and large groups required* Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams* Highly collaborative creative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.* Understanding and open-mindedness to data and analytics helping guide creative choices.
