Associate Director, Marketing – Remote

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing for Seres-109, you will be responsible for developing and aligning the execution of HCP and/or DTC branded marketing strategy and tactics in preparation for the launch of SER-109 in recurrent C.

Dificile infection (rCDI).

What You’ll Do

In collaboration with colleagues at Seres Therapeutics:

• Ensure robust and ownable positioning and branding to differentiate SER-109 in the future rCDI market

• Development of the launch branded campaign, including messaging and effective promotional resources across communication channels to enhance customer engagement

• Lead and foster collaboration with other team members (marketing, sales, analytics, market access, medical affairs, etc.) to develop and execute programs and materials to support best-in-class launch of SER-109 in rCDI

• Lead and implement various aspects of conference presence and initiatives

• Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and HCP customers

• Identify value-maximizing and efficient go to market model for the launch

• Development and execution of branded patient messaging strategy, creative execution that grows patient awareness of branded product

• Engage in and interpret ongoing market research projects to validate brand positioning and promotional strategy

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as US healthcare laws and regulations

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred

• 5+ years of broad experience in commercial roles with demonstrated progression in marketing; experience in sales or access desirable

• Experience in campaign development and multichannel planning/execution

• Ability to effectively manage a co-commercialization alliance

• US launch experience

• Demonstrated project leadership experience

• Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, diplomatic, and able to effectively deal with ambiguity

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience using innovative digital channels and platforms for communications.
