We’re looking for a Head of Talent Operations & HR Tech to lead in shaping and executing key people & recruiting initiatives impacting this global employee base.

nn nn Reporting to the Head of People & Workplace Experience, this position will oversee the team responsible for roadmapping, developing, and executing on key strategic recruiting programs and process improvements to ensure GOAT’s ability to attract talent at scale.

This role will also lead our Talent Coordinators and Global Sourcing teams to enable our search teams to effectively identify and manage candidates.

Lastly, this role will be responsible for building and leading our HR Technology team who will have a focus optimizing how GOAT uses its HR technology stack and the processes (or new tech) that need to be enabled to ensure go-forward success.

nn nIn this role you will:n Build, manage, and develop our Talent Operations & HR Tech team to effectively identify and address opportunities for enhanced effectiveness across Recruiting and our broader HR Tech stack Build strategies alongside recruiting leadership to successfully execute on both our domestic and international growth plans In partnership with the Talent Analytics team, design and implement a recruiting analytics foundation to enable meaningful, data-driven decision making by our TA teams and hiring managers Partner with members of the People Leadership Team to Identify opportunities to streamline internal HR & Recruiting processes through tech integrations or implementation, process/program development & improvement, and internal trainings Partner with key stakeholders to support core People programs and processes (e.g.

performance management, organizational design, learning & development, etc.) impacting the employee experience across our corporate, warehouse, and retail populations from an HR tech perspective Play a critical role on the People Leadership Team in owning and evolving our overall GOAT People & Workplace strategy Seamlessly partner with various teams from both within and beyond the People & Workplace team (e.g.

IT, Marketing & Communications, etc.) nWe are looking for:n 8+ years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on HR, Talent Analytics, Project Management, and/or Talent Acquisition High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment Proven leadership experience is a must, including having directly managed teams Ability to think innovatively to create the best experience for our employees Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and organization abilities Critical thinker with a strong business acumen, always thinking about the future Proven ability to execute large scale programs and projects from discovery and design through to delivery GOAT is the global platform for the greatest products from the past, present and future.
