The ideal candidate must have top-notch written and verbal communication skills and a creative mind. The Associate Director is responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of the non-profits mission.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the executive director
- Implement a grants program – development – raising funds through various efforts, volunteer and
leadership program - Distributing grants that are distributed to non-profit agencies
- Managing the year round volunteer program and associate director will be assisting the program
- Assist with the putting on of company events
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning, finance, and/or business
- Must have a convincing way of delivering a message to attract people to the membership program
- Ability to travel quarterly
- Experience in nonprofit is a plus
- Works well collaboratively
