Associate Campus Director, Career Services

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Campus Director of Career Services, with a dotted line to the University Director of Career Services, the Associate Campus Director of Career Services is responsible for establishing and cultivating partnerships with corporate and industry partners, alumni, and faculty. The Associate Director of Career Services focuses on identifying, developing, and establishing new and low-engaged partners in the assigned region that do not have campus-recruiting relationships with the Career Services department. This position is 60% in the field, creating partnerships, attending events, and generating job opportunities for students and graduates. The Associate Director will also work closely with the Director of Career Services to achieve department placement rate goals, audit scores, and employment verification for the campus.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Career Services or business development experience
  • Proven track record of developing new employer partnerships.
  • Must be able to travel 60% of the time
  • Strong PowerPoint, Canva, graphic design skills, and familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
