Requirements:    
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.

Classical marketing training is required, and CPG experience is preferred.  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree program is required.

MBA preferred.  Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required.

 
Job Description:   

The Associate Brand Manager is instrumental in the efforts to establish GT’s Living Foods as the leading functional beverage/food brand in the market and in consumer minds and hearts.

This role is central to setting the strategic direction of the brand and executing the annual plans to continuously drive the business forward.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Responsible for supporting the annual brand planning process and managing the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.  Analyzes the GT’s Living Foods business lines, as well as the functional beverage category’s performance, to track KPIs for GT’s marketing efforts, identify market opportunities, and provide recommendations based on fact-based learnings.

Briefs activities/projects to Creative team, providing direction for all necessary marketing/creative material produced internally or externally, and project manages to ensure execution.  Assists with creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, and ensures adherence to guidelines Ensures an effective and efficient product portfolio by executing segmentation, packaging, innovation and renovation, all while socializing the portfolio information across the organization.  Builds collaborative relationships cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure executional consistency across the organization.

  
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   
Strategic thinking, ability to build marketing plans that will accomplish business objectives via thoughtful and on-brand marketing tactics Analytical ability to interpret large, complex sets of data and extract compelling stories that will create actionable, fact-based insights, and drive results for the brand Takes initiative, ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment  Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills  Strong project management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines  Strong attention to detail, demonstrate passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams Understanding of the following areas: packaging, advertising, promotions, point-of-sale marketing, and retailer trade management  Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen.
