Get to know the role: Leadership and Team Management * Perform all responsibilities of a Wig Expert.

* Lead team by example.

* Follow The Wig Shop?s policies and procedures.

* Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer/client service.

* Coach sales associates on sales techniques and operational duties.

* Open and/or close the store as needed.

* Assist Shop Manager with employee training, development and motivation.

* Maintain inventory, submit request to purchasing department, and perform receiving activities.

* Display management, and goods merchandising.

* Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

* Perform related duties as assigned by Manager.

* Will have overall responsibility for all aspects of store operations, including inventory-related processes, merchandise adjustments, and pricing/promo compliance.

* Beneficial in delivering and interpreting The Wig Shop mission, vision and values * Reviewing operational reporting, including store visit and health checks.

* Reduce loss according to store standards and operating plan of action, including workplace safety, inventory control and loss prevention.
