The label has a global soul that fits individuals who are edgy trendsetters and express their individuality by their style.About the positionThe Assistant Shop Manager will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in driving profitable business results and operational excellence through the training of Sales Team, Clienteling, management of stock and scheduling, and maintaining corporate standards of shop image and customer service.
Must possess the ability to:Assist the Store Manager with leading the store team and serve as the expert on brand culture, store operations, policies & procedures, management and exceptional sales and service skillsAssist with training and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensures that sales plans are achievedAssists Store Manager in recruiting and hiring, and effectively managing store operations to ensure compliance and consistencyOpening/closing procedures of the store, completion of returns and exchanges and compliance with cash handling policyEnsure the store is compliant with all environment, safety, and maintenance requirements/documents per company standardsStore Image:Assembly and coordination of the product in accordance with the brand guidelinesMaintenance of standards and aesthetic of the store interiorAssembly of window displaysTraining and supervision of the staff in regard to replenishing the floor fixtures and maintaining visual standardsSales Performance:Maximize sales potential by continually training the sales team on the brand’s selling experienceLogistics and Stock Management:Aids in product orders by analyzing store trends and anticipating customer demandsPrepare and track outbound and inbound shippingMonitor stock room cleanliness, supply levels/budget, and general organizationSupervise all stock associatesDesired Skills and Experience: Positive and strong energy levelProven ability to drive and nurture sales resultsProven strong supervisory, communication and client service skillsPrior high-end retail management experience between 1 to 3 yearsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Retail Management: 3 years (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
