Overview: Assist Project Managers so that they can efficiently manage multiple projects.

Provide project support from design through completion of construction, including project organization.

Interact with all project team members as necessary to perform duties and to keep all parties informed.

Assist with Project close out.

Responsibilities: Provide project management support to the existing construction management team.

Responsible for assisting project managers, superintendents, and estimators with all aspects of project controls, reporting, and execution.

Project ResponsibilitiesDocument on site progress through weekly or bi-weekly site visits.

Updated project schedules, with the input of the PM and superintendentPrepare, distribute, and track the status of project RFI’sPrepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutesDistribute all new and revised construction documents to various trades and site personnel though out the project duration.

Follow up on outstanding items and issues to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion.

Review subcontractors change order request and other invoices for accuracy and notify project managers of inaccuracies or error.Prepare reports, as requested, on the progress of project for project team (i.e.: submittal logs, Open RFI, and outstanding issue) and present to the project managerAssist with project estimating as needed.

Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintains all project submittal and RFI LogsLogs in, tacks and distributes project submittals to various design teams for review and approval.
