Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager – Construction Projects will be responsible for:

Assisting the Project Management team with Preparing and maintain project schedule and budgets
Analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget

Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Prepare and process construction paperwork and documents
Address all project completion and warranty issues and prepare final close-out documentation
Establish and maintain working professional relationships with the project team, company field and office personnel
Ensure compliance with construction permits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,650.54 – $115,007.33 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call

Experience:
Construction management software: 3 years (Required)
Project coordination: 2 years (Required)
Construction: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
100% (Required)

Work Location: On the road
