Assistant Operations Manager/Floor Manager
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced assistant to the operations manager. This position requires a serious career-minded professional who is looking to advance their skillset in a fast-paced and successful company. We are the global leader in our industry and we are looking for an experienced assistant operations manager/floor manager who is highly organized, collaborative and communicative and comes with a passion to succeed.
The assistant operations manager/floor manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and assist in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Candidates must be Los Angeles-based only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in developing and managing a detailed project schedule and execution plan for mechanics, detailers, and photographers
· Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to operate their daily projects successfully
· Collaborate with the Operations Manager, and establish day to day goals
· Monitor and measure success of executed projects
– Track project costs
· Identify areas where the business can be more cost-effective or efficient and assist the Operations Manager to put into effect
· Identify areas within the facility that need improvement.
· Manage multiple tasks at once, as well as assist with ad hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to shift focus very quickly and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
· Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience working as an assistant manager/floor manager
- Proficient in Microsoft programs and project management
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All overtime paid
Pay commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
