Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs of Manager experience in a high volume full service restaurant w/ a full bar
- Strong ability to analyze financial data, diagnose issues, and coach the operations team on next steps
- Must be available to work the typical schedule for our Restaurant Managers which is 50-55 hours over a 5-day work week
