C3’s current brands include: Umami Burger, Sam’s Crispy Chicken, Krispy Rice, Plant Nation and Ella Mia, with several limited and full-service concepts created by C3’s chef partners launching in early 2021.Asset ManagerWorking across our existing portfolio and new acquisitions, you will be the liaison to our licensing partnerships.

You will manage the business relationship of the asset and own every aspect of the business, the process and navigate the full cycle of the relationship
– including oversight of business development of our licensing brands, commercial outcomes, and collaboration with operations.

You will provide a high level of accountability to the leadership of the company, ultimately ensuring balance and alignment within the partnership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The primary function of this position is to understand our business and business relationship, manage the relationship with our partners, and identify ways to maximize revenue and ensure profitability by providing detailed analysis of the operation as a whole and keeping informed on industry trends.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with a disability to perform these essential functions.Responsibilities / Duties* Build relationships with our various hotel and restaurant licensing brands and partners.* Develop sales and revenue management strategies, drive improved performance, and maximize asset value.* Monitor the financial performance of each property at a granular, line item level using performance metrics, benchmarking results against property/portfolio trends as well as brand/industry norms.* Devise and implement regular data analysis and other reports for CFO.* Monthly reviews of each property to discuss performance and strategies for improvement.* Review, benchmark and analyze property and portfolio-level financial data and keep informed of the dynamics of each market area to develop a strong understanding of the hotels/restaurants and their respective markets.* Maintain current information on demographics; change in demand and supply, and all markets that impact on the performance and positioning of asset.* Review, understand and ensure compliance of management agreements.* Identify, analyze and implement opportunities for increased revenues and expense savings.* Review and manage operating budgets, capital budgets and marketing plans.* Travel to the properties as needed to inspect the location, meet with management teams and tour the market areas and competitive set of properties.* Establish and maintain effective working relationship with Operations Team.

Effectively interact and collaborate with in-house departments including but not limited to management, finance, procurement, marketing, human resources, and legal to ensure a consistent understanding of the performance and any potential issues of the properties.* Assist in acquisitions and/or dispositions of company assets and with special projects, such as brand and management changes, and license renewals.* Provide support and due diligence of new acquisition opportunities.* Oversee applicable contracts for service providers.* Other appropriate projects and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.Competencies* Ability to handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously and professionally.* Ability to respond to feedback and suggestions positively and constructively.* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, result-driven, and well-organized individual.* Strong ability to provide innovative approaching to problem solving make the right decisions upon available information.* Strong ability to organize and implement asset management procedures effectively.* Exceptional ability to reconcile priorities and perspectives involving hotel operations, brand position, and hotel ownership.* Proven ability to succeed in a team-centered, fast-paced, and result-driven environment.* Ability and willingness to travel.Skills* Previous experience in hospitality asset management, hotel management/operations preferred.* Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.).* Extremely proficient with appropriate technologies and financial applications and systems.* Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to communicate plans clearly, objectively and persuasively.* Must possess strong attention to detail.RequirementsWork AuthorizationMust be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States.

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.Education / Experience / CredentialsBachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business, or finance.

MBA is a plus, but not required.

Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in hospitality asset management, hotel management/hotel operations, director of finance, or hotel real estate related experience.
