About this role:
The Asset Manager is crucial to the success of the organization.

You will serve as a generalist in the areas of asset and property management, development, and business operations.

Additional duties may be assigned from time to time as business needs evolve.

Duties:
Responsible for timely collection of rents and pursuit of delinquencies
Prepare construction loan disbursement requests
Assemble financial reporting on a quarterly, annual and ad-hoc basis
Assist with property management activities including supervising and coordinating building maintenance and work orders
Coordinate the annual budget review process and audit CAM reconciliations
Coordinate the communications and agreements between third-party vendors, consultants and contractors
Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication and technical writing skills
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or construction management
Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Yardi, Microsoft/Google suite
Ability to understand leases and operating agreements
Experience or willingness to learn in project accounting and billings
Must be attentive, caring and a team player
Must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities
Ability to consistently demonstrate high quality decision making, keen problem solving and analytical skills.

Requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
