We are looking for an Art Director that is passionate about conceptualizing, designing, and pitching creative.
You should have organic ideas, and proven abilities in art direction and design.

Role and Duties:
- Develop impactful and culturally relevant creative that on behalf of our partners.
- This is a unique position that influences creative workflows, ideation and pitches across our entire team.
- Create and execute digitally-led ideas that span small to large campaigns, brand experiences, events and websites.
- Present to clients, pitch new projects and run workshops as needed, including developing creative proposals, sketches, and mock-ups.
- Translate creative concepts into thorough briefs for our in-house artists and guide them through to quality execution.
- Ensure all work is conceptually in line with client goals and expectations, including safeguarding any established visual styles and brand guidelines.
Minimum :
- Proven conceptual and design abilities as an Art Director.
- Plugged into pop-culture: music, gaming, internet, etc.
- Loves all stages of the creative process.
- Demonstrated ability in directing digital design, animation, and illustration.
- Creator of concepts for display advertising and social (content) campaigns using images, animation and video.
- Excellent ability to pitch, and knowing how to make a case to sell people on an idea through beautifully designed presentation decks.
