Art Director

OVERVIEW Join T3 is looking for an Art Director who is both conceptual and uses design to support brand strategy and creative problem solving.

It’s also important this AD can think and design for social/digital-first experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES Passion You’ll be working side-by-side with a passionate group of creative thinkers and makers (writers, art directors, strategists, social/engagement folks) who use the feed to build our brands.

In summary, we need someone who can balance multiple projects at once, works very well with others, and is generally passionate about their craft and designing for a crazy-cool in-feed experience.

Digital The campaigns will live across social, digital, and other channels.

Leadership Beyond collaboration, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to lead younger team members and take on a mentorship role.

REQUIREMENTS Skills Comfort with light animations skills using After Effects.

Strong craft, including suspiciously high-level Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Self-starter who’s not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to solve problems.

Technical A curious, open mind that’s willing to dive into a range of topics (from consumer to technical innovations).

Management Confidence onset, when managing/running photo or video shoots.

Design Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision skills are helpful to have (but not critical).

Experience 3 years of experience with strong branding and design chops and a thumping digital pulse.

Passion A detail-oriented and organized mindset with a passion for staying abreast of experience design trends.
