If this sounds like a company you are interested in joining, please review the job description below.Responsibilities:Recruit, develop and lead a team of licensed Mortgage Loan Officers; motivate them and establish strategies to achieve monthly and annual loan production goalsDevelop relationships with industry professionals and maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospective recruitsInterface with team members on a weekly basis via phone conference or face to face meetingsMaintain active communication between Regional Managers, Operations and other relevant departments to stay current on updates; communicate relevant updates to team members as appropriate.Ensure applications and loans are handled efficiently and according to company, local, state, and federal guidelines, processes, and procedures.Attend trainings, sales meetings and orientations as directed by Regional Sales Manager and ExecutivesEngage in local community activities and organizations to develop new business; Develop relationships with real estate professionals, homebuilders, and other referral sources to generate qualified mortgage leads.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or equivalentActive NMLS license or the ability to obtain upon hireMinimum 5 years of recent mortgage loan origination experience in the Mortgage IndustryMust be Self-Motivated and work well within a Team EnvironmentRecent experience leading or managing a team of Mortgage Loan OfficersProven track record of success in Sales and/or Sales Management.Ability to consistently deliver results, meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to develop and guide team members to success.Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skillsIND1
