We have a rare opportunity with a dynamic manufacturer of automation connectivity products and components.
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative for Southern California.
In this role, you will work with a variety of accounts such as distributors, OEMs, end-users, panel builders and system integrators.
In addition, you will also be responsible for developing sales forecasts, introducing new products to new and existing accounts and developing pricing strategies.
You will also be involved in product specification and customer training.
You will need a background in electrical / automation connectivity products; which could include sensors, terminal blocks, I/O systems, relays, PLC, field bus, PCB connectors, safety products, power supplies or similar products.
You must have impressive leadership and technical specification abilities.
Residency anywhere in the territory.
This is a home office-based position.
Job Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory
* Some direct or indirect management background
* A proven record of sales success and leadership electrical, automation, electronic components
* A college degree
* A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industry
* A strategic focus
* Travel approximately 20-25%
