We are now seeking an operationally savvy & team oriented Area General Manager to oversee multiple coffee shops in our team at our coffee shop in Los Angeles.
Please note Bluestone Lane will require COVID vaccination for all teammates.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee the daily operations of coffee shops in your market
• Set the tone in your coffee shops & bring energy in everything you do while inspiring your team to do the same
• Work side by side in position with your teammates
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the store by managing your P&L; achieving sales, cost of goods, and labor targets.
Always encourage development amongst your team by having conversations and reviews with teammates
• Lead by example and set the bar for Health & Safety and ServSafe compliance for your store
• Play an active role in the community through engagement and fulfilment of our value proposition in your neighborhood Who you are:
• You have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in a coffee shop or quick service restaurant or a minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Captain
• You have worked in various roles in hospitality, have a passion for service and understand what is needed to provide a premium coffee shop experience.
• You have proven achievement of key performance indicators and can articulate which key actions you implemented to drive performance.
• You can lead and deliver a high performance team environment
