As a Sales Executive you will use a consultative and value selling approach to understand the customers’ business challenges, relevant pain areas , including their current situation and their future direction, and propose solutions based on HCL Products and capabilities that addresses their needs and enhance their ability to drive improved business results.

nn nn n nn nnThe candidate will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision makers and executive sponsors , as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospecting, qualification, deal shaping and deal closure through contract execution working along with Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Delivery teams at onsite and offshore.

Ability to seed deal shaping concepts and independently lead pro-active solutions for the identified opportunities will be key success criteria.nn nn n nn nnRoles & Responsibilities:nn nn
· Meet and exceed all sales KPI’s as directed by the Sales managementnn nn
· Secure new logos and upsell to existing clientsnn nn
· Continually prospect and qualify new customersnn nn
· Generate leads using company provided resources as well as from your own nn nn
· Collaborate with internal account managers as well as external partners to prospect and develop new leadsnn nn
· Would also need to closely work with other internal stakeholders like Product managers, marketing Delivery Leads in business development, nn nn
· Understand our product suite and present the value proposition to customers nn nn
· Optimize time and territory managementnn nn
· Network in industry events nn nn
· Incorporate the daily use of the Global CRM platform to document sales activity and relevant customer business details.nn nn n nn nnJob Qualifications:nn nn
· 7
– 10 years’ experience selling engineering software products to manufacturing companies of which atleast, 3 years selling to Aero and Defense companies nn nn
· Value selling experience highly desired nn nn
· BS / Engineering is preferred.nn nn
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.nn nn
· Experience using a CRM system as well as MS Office Products.nn nn
· Outgoing, upbeat, and resourceful personalitynn nn nn
