Overview:
As the Senior Sales Professional for Securitas, you will be part of a highly collaborative sales environment focused on uncovering new opportunities across the entire Securitas portfolio of offerings. Key to your success will be understanding your prospect base and leveraging modern sales processes and tools to uncover new opportunities and effectively respond to inbound leads. As a successful sales professional, you will invest your time uncovering sales opportunities, and building relationships with your team and prospects, all while laying the foundation for a long and rewarding career in a growing industry.

Excellent Commission Structure: Business Development Managers also are paid commission at .85-1.25% of net revenue. Our commission structure allows you to continually increase your earning potential and rewards sustainable high performance. Location: With a centrally located office, you’ll zip in and out for meetings, and industry group functions, and have the peace of mind you won’t be sitting in traffic for hours on end.
Flexible Schedule: This is an autonomous position where you hold the responsibility of structuring your day to achieve the highest levels of success.
Dedicated Office: Your spacious office will serve as a command center allowing Los you to update your CRM, prospect for new business, hold follow-up meetings, and solidify contract negotiations.
Support Staff: Securitas values our sales professionals. You will be surrounded by resources devoted to you and your prospects. You will enjoy the professional development of presentations and value propositions generated by the shared sales support team located in your area.
Training: We will invest heavily in your training and ensure you are properly equipped to secure profitable business for both you and the company.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of outside sales experience with proof of meeting and exceeding quota.
Education: Some College preferred.
Skills: You must be good at time management, organization, presentations, and communication. You must understand the mechanics of complex selling, have a process for lead generation, and thrive on prospecting activity.
Characteristics: This is an autonomous position and requires self-sufficiency and self-motivation. You must enjoy working in a transparent position and working in a team atmosphere. You thrive on helping others get what they want because you always keep your word and close sales early and often.
Responsibilities:
As the Senior Sales Professional for your territory, you’ll take ownership of generating the sales needed for a thriving business. You will craft your business plan to maximize your unlimited commission structure, you will propose, present and close sales to qualify for the annual all-expenses-paid Gold Club trip, and you won’t stop until your name is ranked nationally highlighting your hard work and effort.
