Senior Commercial Account Manager Client ManagerSalary: $80,000 $130,000 (depending on experience, insurance knowledge, and education)Benefits: Comprehensive benefits packageLocation: Woodland Hills, CAIndependent insurance agency is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of commercial lines accounts.

The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager will respond to client calls about policy and coverage questions and consult with clients on policy changes and risk management concerns.

This position will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service working closely with the insurance agency producer and carrier underwriters.The book of business is mainly manufacturers, distributors and property owners, consisting of all lines of coverage including, Property, Liability, Auto, Umbrella/Excess, Work Comp, Cyber, EPL, D& O, etc.

Our clients are sophisticated and savvy and we need a solid Senior Account Manager that is technically savvy and service oriented.This position is open for remote employment for strong experienced candidates residing in California with proven work ethic and stable employment history.Responsibilities:Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Manufacturers, Distributors, and Property OwnersResearch and compile answers to client policy and coverage questionsAbility to market/quote new business and account renewals obtaining competitive coverage/cost ratios for the clientExperience with multiple carrier underwriters and online rating portalsIdentify, compile and manage information regarding account renewalsQualifications7-10 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accountsProperty and Casualty licenseCIC, CPCU, or other insurance designations are desirableApplied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software experience.

AMS360 preferred.Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage businessTechnical knowledge of product area or industryAbility to provide consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issuesKnowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional verbal and written communication skillsAll inquiries will be kept 100% confidential
