Job Requirements:
- Resolve leasing complaints from residents
- Meet or exceed leasing goals
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
- Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
- Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
- Assist with creation/maintenance of marketing and leasing brochures
- Achieve an acceptable leasing closing ratio
