The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating, planning, coordinating, and implementing water and wastewater utility construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
Candidate will be responsible for financial outcome of large-scale construction projects across the Pacific Northwest.
Experience in construction project estimating is required.
Preferably, candidate would also have experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, including pipe bursting and cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP).The salary is standard for this role and based on experience.
