As a Senior IT Project Manager you will monitor the Scope of Work, Project plan, schedule, and budget and responsible for ensuring that vendor deliverables and milestones are met and that the project is completed on time, within budget and to internal customer’s satisfaction.Duties:Manage all aspects of IT projects, including monitoring scope, milestones, dependencies, costs, and benefits through lifecycleCreate project artifacts, such as project plans, measures, team and stakeholder communications, resource and time managementVendor Management: Contract negotiations and the integration of vendor tasks into the work plan.
Tracks and reviews vendor deliverables; ensure delivery againsta Statement of Work (SOW).Communicating the status of projects with management by participating in meetings to ensure stabilization of the project and timely delivery of business requirements.Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large IT Projects ($3 million)Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizationsExcellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsExperience managing vendors in the execution of their statement of work and holding them accountableStrong project management, planning, decision making, negotiating and change management skillsWorking with cross functional teams and Project Management Office (PMO) to increase productivityDemonstrated ability to synthesize data, set actionable goals and drive metrics and executionExcellent communication (written, verbal), presentation and documentation skillsBudgeting, project/program cost tracking and other technical management administrative experienceCertification in project management (PMP) is a plusExperience with GxP or validated systems and processes is a plus Salary: $100,000 $115,000AW,,DICE,ITZR
