Account Managers and Account Managers, within the Southern California territories.
The Area Manager will be required to assist with new hire training and the continuous professional development of existing teams as instructed by upper management.

Account Managers and Account Managers, are following proper ALC protocol and procedures as outlined or instructed.
Must have the ability to recognize their team’s developmental and performance needs and work with upper management to ensure proper staffing is in place.
Will be required to meet with their team quarterly to provide continuous feedback and ensure they are meeting performance standards.
This position will work as a liaison between ALC and our clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers as well as working in collaboration with ALC departments, and transportation service providers.LocationThe ideal candidate will live in the Southern California area and be available to travel based on needs.**ALC is offering a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus**RequirementsEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This position will focus on executing programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase service productivity as well as manage and problem solve daily workflow challenges.Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the daily service of accounts runs smoothly and are properly managed to meet the daily operational requirements.Responsible for providing guidance, maintenance, and adherence with the Operational Reference Guide (ORG) under the direction of the upper management.Maintains consistent, professional communication with service providers, parents, and on-site school personnel.
Serves as liaison between department/program heads/district executives.Must have the ability to start existing and new accounts within a designated area in one or multiple locations simultaneously.Responsible for reviewing area KPIs and working towards satisfactory level requirementsCommunicates all related to contractual, service, or financial concerns directly to the Regional Director and/or Sr.
