Summary: The Regional Director will lead a region of airport operations to meet customer performance goals, drive improvements to reduce costs, and oversee labor planning and development of General Managers and staff to ensure regional compliance with airport and airline partners.

This position will report to the VP of Customer Service and Operations ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver superior operational performance by leading cross-functional teams in the execution of efficient, safe, and secure day-to-day operations.Provide exceptional customer service through the creative management of people, processes, policies while leveraging technology.Sustain and further a cost-effective and efficient operation through sound and innovative fiscal management and oversight.Evaluate financial needs of the station, develop budget strategies to increase profitability to ensure operational growth, and forecast changes to station economics.Partner with airport authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure steady growth while maintaining safety and operational and service performance.Develop key team members in leadership roles and drive success through active coaching and counseling.May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs QUALIFICATIONS: Adept budget planning with emphasis on unconventional ways to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies.Demonstrated P& L experience managing noless than $15M in annual revenues in multiple locations.Ability to build and acknowledge cultural awareness as it relates to air travel and human resource management.Uplift and encourage team member collaboration through briefings.
Set realistic goals, clear expectations, and seek collaborative group feedback to refine.Build cohesiveness within all station operations with fellow Directors to ensure alignment and standardization of company goals.Possess strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to provide positive results.Ability to travel 75% of the time.Preferred locations will be Los Angeles, CA, St.
Louis, MO, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, or another large east coast city.
