Salary: $250,000 – $325,000 per year

In business since the late 1980’s – We are a growing small company that manages approximately $200 MM of it’s own diverse portfolio of assets. Company’s primary assets are pistachio farms located in California Central Valley! We are looking for a Senior Farm Manager to join our team!

Job Details

Minimum 7 years’ experience in General Manager or in one or both Real Estate and/or Farming acquisition and Development is required
BSc/BA in Business or relevant field
Experience in acquisition of farms, especially Pistachio and Almonds
Experience in real estate acquisition and development
Experience in Investment Analysis, evaluation and underwriting of new investments
Experience in following industries by order of importance:
Acquisition of Passive investments
Stocks and equities
Other Alternative Passive Investments.
Overseeing Money Managers, Financial advisors & Company Stock Portfolios
In depth knowledge of all aspects of accounting from basic to advanced understanding
Knowledge of all aspects of business process and functions
Proficient with office software tools
Outstanding organizational skills
Experience in planning and budgeting
