Agile IT Transformation Consultant

We are looking for innovative thinkers to join our fast-growing Transformation team.

The work will be primarily focused on helping organizations deliver major change and adopt agile ways of working to achieve strategic goals more quickly and effectively.

This role requires you to:
• Engage clients using innovative methods to drive team collaboration and lead structured rapid idea generation and development sessions
• Deliver quality solutions and iterate to improve them
• Determine best techniques to co-create and innovate on client opportunities
• Manage and coach small teams and oversee team work activities to innovate and achieve value creation
• Effectively collaborate with peers, leadership, and clients
• Coach clients in the benefits of Agile What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of IT change and transformation Experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies 3-5 years experience delivering IT projects, e.g.

IT strategy IT sourcing IT implementation (infrastructure and/or applications) Strong data-literacy Ability to engage effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders Experience in one of our focus industries (Health and Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, Consumer Goods, Financial Services) Strong proficiency with MS Office – particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
