We are seeking talented individuals who share these values and want to make a direct impact to the insurance industry.What is the role?A Technical Product Manager at AgencyKPI will be responsible for translating the Business needs and requirements into Functional Requirements while representing Product within the daily engineering practices.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate closely with all areas of the company to ensure alignment of strategy, customer needs and detailed product requirements that will be used from research, design, development, QA and Go to Market.AgencyKPI thrives by finding the right people, aligning them on the right teams, with the right tools to solve the hard customer problems which align with our Mission/Vision/Values.

What you’ll do on a daily basis: Drives requirement gathering and documenting of business requirements Applies understanding of technology to influence and assess feasibility of solutions Incorporates and optimizes non-functional requirements into solution Recommends test scenarios to business testers; assists in defect analysis to assess impact on solution Understands and helps to clarify business/technology problem Identifies and gathers non-functional requirements Actively participate in the adopted software methodology Actively participate in ensuring high quality solution and applies understanding of testing methodologies Adheres to quality control guidelines & practices Considers internal and external customers when evaluating decisions Tracks, identifies, and promptly reports issues that may affect solution quality and bring forward improvement recommendations Maintains well-groomed development backlog.

Leads the product functions within scrum teams.What background should you have?Required Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in a IT business analysis role or 3 years of experience in Product Management role Demonstrated business analyst or Technical Product Manager experience working with large scale applications Solid foundation in SDLC methodologies Agile and SCRUMPreferred Solid analytical skills, including proficiency in discovering customer business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements Ability to analyze complex systems and comprehend the complexity and dependencies Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks Ability to influence at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Conversational fluency in Spanish Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.What do we offer?
