About the position: NOM is looking for an Agency Sales Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for selling NOM directly to media agencies and global brands. We seek a strategic partnership manager with deep digital advertising experience and a robust network of agency contacts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a track record of creating and growing revenue around digital video advertising solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly account revenue streams accurately
- Identify, develop, and implement effective partnership sales plans, playbooks and strategies, ensuring maximum value is delivered to both the agency partner and NOM
- Meet and exceed defined partnership sales targets
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional roles, including Product management, Client Services, etc. to maximize revenue while driving innovation on behalf of our clients
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers focusing on digital media agencies (AORs and brands direct)
- Own the entire RFP process in collaboration with Client Services to ensure the best of NOMs offering is highlighted to meet agency or brand needs
- The candidates for this role are expected to embrace the company values and positively contribute to company culture
Who you are:
- BA/BS degree, similar college level education or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of advertising sales to brand advertisers and agency leaders
- 3+ years in video advertising sales is preferred, but not required
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate working relationships across the organization and in market
- Confident presentation skills must have experience presenting to a broad range of decision makers
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and ability to convey how NOMs proprietary technology fits in amongst a crowded Lumascape
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to translate digital marketing needs into compelling solutions; this skillset will propel you at NOM where we enable our partnership team to fully own your book of business
