Yelp has become an essential part of a Marketers Local advertising mix and the Enterprise team is growing fast.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales driven leader to generate revenue within a portfolio of large Agencies. The primary responsibility of the Agency Development Director role is to build deep business relationships with Yelps most valuable agencies and holding companies while growing topline revenue (and new logos) for Yelps Enterprise business.To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant digital, agency and advertising sales experience and a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals. The Enterprise Agency Development Director role is key to Yelps success and offers significant career growth opportunities within Yelps Enterprise Sales team!Where You Come In: Build, uncover and maintain relationships with decision makers across group Account Director & VP levels of the agency ecosystem (e.g. investment team/ planning & strategy teams/ activation teams / etc).Working knowledge and deep understanding of how agencies plan & activate on behalf of their clientsWork with agencies and leadership to mitigate and remove sales blockersExplain and demonstrate Yelps value proposition to help marketers identify and inspire Yelp Advertising for their clients brandsFacilitating connections you have the natural ability to make connections cross functionally (internally and externally)Grow existing agency client base through product evangelismDevelops operational standards to help drive consistency of sales communication and engagement amongst agency partnersCoordinate and execute wide scale agency engagements to drive sales opportunitiesPromote insights & seasonal opportunities as it relates to agencies businessPartner with Sales, and internal teams, to reinforce agency opportunities, best practices, and address challenges, while providing marketplace feedback to guide product developmentDrive revenue growth – you will:Identify and create new revenue opportunitiesInfluence and guide investment strategy for Agency ChannelSet and achieve revenue goals for agencies#LI- REMOTE #LI-TU1What it Takes to Succeed:10+ years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency roles.
