Beekeeper’s Naturals is looking for an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join our growing marketing team!
You will report into the Director of Marketing.
As our Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for our affiliate and podcast channels.
This includes working with key stakeholders on each channel to execute, optimize, and measure campaigns and overall performance.
The successful candidate will have a passion for affiliate and podcast marketing, and experience running and scaling campaigns for these channels.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns using the Impact affiliate platform to maximize sales and profitability.
Identify, establish, foster, and maintain new and current affiliate relationships.
Grow our current affiliate channel by finding new affiliates to partner with.
Own channel KPIs, report results and trends, and proactively work to optimize program effectiveness.
Have an understanding of direct response eCommerce best practices and affiliate trends.
Podcast Responsibilities:
Launch and manage podcast acquisition campaigns with the support of a senior marketing team.
Find new podcasts with relevant audiences to advertise on and negotiate rates.
Manage all podcast deliverables including landing pages, offers, promo codes, etc.
Work with the copywriter to come up with compelling podcast ad reads.
Own channel KPIs, report results and trends, and proactively work to optimize program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience managing affiliate and podcast campaigns.
Extensive experience in affiliate and podcast marketing and/or e-commerce in a similar role.
Experience in managing complex partnership projects.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships.
Experience with affiliate revenue management and optimization.
A self-starter who is comfortable setting the agenda and owning follow through with minimal oversight.
Have a strong network of affiliate and/or podcast contacts.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in putting together actionable analysis in Google Sheets / Excel.
Experience working in a lean, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
DTC e-commerce experience in the health and/or wellness space preferred.
Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact Radius, Pepperjam, Commission Junction, or Linkshare preferred.
