Summary:Leads the ATS maintenance and/or materials services delivery team at the site level by serving employees and customers with a leadership mindset that values employees and engages customers.
Drives the ATS safety and wellness culture.
Provides leadership that develops and sustains a positive employee experience.
Manages all aspects of the team’s service delivery in order to engage the customer and improve facility performance.
Accountable for site financial results.Responsibilities:Manage the overall industrial maintenance department including corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, parts procurement and storeroom functionsManage financial performance of the site to achieve profit and loss targetsMaintain a safe work environment aligned with the ATS valuesInterface effectively with ATS customer to align maintenance goals with production objectivesAttract, select and retain high performing technical talentManage employee performance and developmentAnalyze and report key performance indicators utilizing CMMS softwareLead a continuous improvement methodology to promote cost savings and customer loyaltyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.Previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies and proven cost savings through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma is highly desirableStrong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software (SAP preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Previous leadership experience in a technical environmentStrong business acumenBenefits:Medical/dental plansPrescription drug programVision plan401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementLife insuranceDevelopment and Training:Development is at the core of what we do and ATS is committed to providing our employees with the opportunity to expand their skillsets.
