If you’re interested in joining a team that is changing the way the world does business, this might be the place for you.THE OPPORTUNITYThis role will help to best align organizational goals and day-day sales activities by developing and executing revenue maximizing strategies of the direct sales teams while also acting as the main leader for sales operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, and our tech stack (primarily managing the daily administration of Salesforce).This person should be self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and has the interpersonal and relationship-building skills needed to work closely with key stakeholders throughout operations, sales, account management, finance, and engineering.

A successful person is someone who is able to get to the lowest level of detail and act with ownership to drive results.Responsibilities Business OperationsBe a thought leader and go-to expert on data infrastructure, CRM, and sales tools.

Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale.Spearhead the project plans for key sales initiatives with Sales leadership, working closely with Salesforce development and our operations analyst to execute on the vision.

Lead sales planning and forecasting processes (operational forecast, long-range modeling, quota, and capacity setting, sales territories).Dive into the data to drive improvements in sales team productivity by defining best practices and streamline operations so managers can focus on coaching.

Optimize lead lists to help the sales team target the most valuable accounts on their lists and identify accounts most likely to close.

Marketing OperationsOwn the intake of data from marketing sources and ensure leads are attributed to the correct source prior to distribution to the sales team.Partner with Marketing leadership to create, maintain and monitor various lists that originate from Salesforce data.Ensure that integrations between various lead sources and Salesforce are working correctly and leads are properly flowing into the CRMEnsure that leads are followed up with by the sales team in a timely manner.

Gather feedback from the sales team and sales leadership on lead quality trends and recommend pivots as needed.Working with the Sales Operations Analyst, monitor various marketing dashboards to report to stakeholders on any trends that become apparent from marketing efforts.

Assist Marketing teams with various aspects of setup and facilitation of webinars.Examine lead routing and scoring methods and work with marketing to design new, more efficient models.

Revenue OperationsWork directly with sales and account management leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.

Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings.

Translate data into insights and action.Assist in managing sales compensation plans, sales incentives, and lead distribution.
