ACS Security a Member of My ALarm Center: Fleet And Vehicle Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:Fleet and Vehicle ManagementInteracts constantly with various vehicle repair and maintenance facilitiesCommunicates complex logistical instructions to field personnelUtilizes the ARI fleet management program to ensure proper approvals and documentation of servicePrepares detailed and comprehensive data tracking informationPhysically assists in the movement, replacement and substitution of vehicles in the fieldConstantly inspects and reviews quality of repair/maintenance workInterviews and identifies new and additional facilities to mitigate vehicle down time and expense controlCollaborates with our corporate team to ensure company policies and procedures are followed and executedPatrol Scheduling and Customer ServiceSupports the Patrol Services Manager in Real-Time scheduling needsPerforms research and provides supporting documentation regarding any patrol inquiries or customer complaintsAssists in ensuring that all high value and high rate clients are properly patrolled and supporting documentation is shared with themPerforms random quality control reviews of patrol beats to ensure proper service deliveryExperience and Requirements:Strong experience in security operations in a similar roleCA drivers licenseMust take any safety training courses and follow safety instructionsJob Competencies:Leadership skillsAbility to function as a member in a team based environmentProficient verbal communication skills when interacting with clients, emergency services, community members and team membersProficient written communication, documentation and report writing skillsAbility to maintain a professional demeanor/appearance while interacting with clients and the general publicStrong problem solving, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to use software and applications on a phone to access and input informationAbility to follow strict written and verbal communications and rulesDedication to high quality customer service deliveryBasic math skillsMust be able to meet deadlinesMust conduct all work with a high level of integrity and trust, upholding the companys ethical and professional standardsAbility to adapt to a dynamic work environmentPhysical Requirements:Sit, walk, and stand for multiple hoursHear sounds at normal speaking levels, in person and on the phoneSpeak including expressing and exchanging information, in person and on the phonePerform duties such as reading and preparing written documents, viewing security monitors and information on a phoneStrong hand/eye coordinationConstant use of both hands and arms in reaching/handling/grasping items, using a phone, writing notes, texting/ typing on a phone, and other administrative tasksConstant mental alertness and attention to detail while workingOccasionally lift, carry and/or move items weighing up to 20 pounds Experience/EducationHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
