Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a B2B Acquisition Marketing Manager to manage our B2B digital performance marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on paid social, mainly Facebook/Instagram.

This person will oversee our paid social strategy, specifically related to our wholesale and B2B verticals, while also planning and executing acquisition marketing campaigns across Facebook /Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and other applicable platforms.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing and the VP of Acquisition Marketing, the B2B Acquisition Marketing Manager will manage the lead generation for potential B2B growth while fostering and leveraging the B2C paid social practices of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute all paid campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, as well as optimizing SEO, SEM, and Search for B2B lead generation.

Manage the execution, performance, and effectiveness digital marketing strategies for commercial verticals Strategize, work and collaborate with our internal creative strategists, video editor and external agencies to deliver creative assets needed to support the paid social campaigns specifically on the B2B side of the business.

Analyze customer behavior data to report on effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities Manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting for campaigns Analyze reporting data and propose recommendations and improvements to the Sr.

Director and VP.

Identify key audience segmentations for different campaigns and channels Collaborate with many internal teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, and various sales vertical leaders to understand and target the right audience.

Help identify and define KPI’s including monetary and activity goals to reach desired objectives.

The Right Person Would Have
3+ years of B2B acquisition experience 3+ years paid social experience, Facebook Ads Manager experience specifically Experience in a similar performance or growth marketing role Experience working specifically on B2B focused lead generation for a brand or software.

Detail oriented and able to organize multiple projects at once Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google is preferred
