We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager who can help us achieve our aggressive business goals through the crafting of strong, memorable, and effective marketing campaigns.
The Associate Brand Manager will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing, promotional and advertising activities.
You should have a good understanding about the marketing mix as well as familiarity with consumer behavior analysis; feel comfortable creating (or learning to create) spreadsheets and analyzing quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.Your Responsibilities:Coordinate marketing activities for Acme brands and sub-categories.Implement multi-channel marketing plans meant to promote Acme and its products.Design campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on specific products or product lines.Coordinate/manage product packaging revisions and development of new packagingCreate advertising/promotional material or marketing content by collaborating with graphic designer(s), e.G., prepare/update presentations for Sales Team, postcards, POS materials, etc.Coordinate Trade Show needs for Acme team and booth needs (e.G., personnel registration, preparing trade marketing materials, booth décor, rentals and propping, etc.).Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals/management and sales staff.Analyze consumer behavior (e.G., consumer needs, habits and trends).Facilitate in the organization of promotional activities, community and public relations events and attend them to enable their success.Organize and host presentations and customer visits.Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.Identify new opportunities by conducting market research.Measure and analyze campaign results to determine ROI.
