This is a Contract position in Los Angeles, CA posted January 15, 2022.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Manager of Sales Operations & Analytics will work directly with the sales management team to support the Private Client, Commercial, and Corporate sales teams to manage key sales operations functions including developing and maintaining respective territory alignments (where applicable), contract management and administration, lead and referral routing, ensuring proper sales activity reporting, and developing periodic and ad hoc reports to support sales management decision making.The Sales Operations Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing new business processes to increase organizational effectiveness.This person will also work closely with the Marketing team to administer and maintain the sales organizations CRM system (HubSpot).This role will become proficient at Ace Relocation and Atlas Van Lines proprietary ERP and CRM systems.

You will have responsibility for ensuring all changes and updates to these systems, including tariffs, territory assignments, and other actions are completed on-time and accurately.The role will provide strategic and tactical direction for existing and any future systems.ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (include but not limited to):Increase sales productivity by overseeing and optimizing the sales funnelOwn the lead distribution process for internal and external lead sources, including 3rd party lead generation partnersManage the relationship and improve the effectiveness of 3rd party appointment booking partnersBuild standardized reporting dashboards that inform sales teams and management on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the futureIdentify areas of operational inefficiency in the sales organization and develop, test, and implement new processes to increase efficiencies across the organizationLead the implementation of new corporate initiatives across the organizationWork with sales management to develop organizational goals outside of salesAssist with on-boarding new sales personnelConduct ad hoc sales analyses to provide information requested by members of the sales organizationManage relationships with internal and external data and service providersMaintain accurate pricing data in estimating and billing systemsManage corporate customer contract administration and assist with new corporate customer onboarding SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDStrong organizational, data driven, analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.

Ability to influence remotely.Experience within a multi-channel sales organizationAbility to build processes to track sales activity and conversion rates throughout the sales funnelHighly proficient in Excel.

Knowledge of SQL databases is helpful but not criticalHighly capable in analyzing/ processing/ internalizing multiple datasets from various internal and external sourcesExperience with Customer Relationship Management systems (knowledge of HubSpot is a plus).We provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with match.
