Compensation: $41.00 to $50.00 hourly
Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong AR Manager to support our rapidly growing retail client located in Los Angeles on a 3-4 month engagement with an opportunity for extension. The AR Manager will work with the accounting team and provide oversight and guidance to the overall processes in AR. You’ll be responsible for:
– Managing vendor relationships
– providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis
– ensuring invoices and payments are properly coded
– developing processes to prepare for growth
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts receivable/cash applications environment with 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong analytical, time management, problem solving and general quantitative skills.
• Thorough understanding of accounting controls relating to A/R administration, collection and cash application.
• An ability to continuously evaluate opportunities to implement A/R leading practices to further develop consistent standards.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven interest in customer interaction and satisfaction with an ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers.
